This week, in honor of the Phoenix Art Museums new exhibit, "El Greco to Picasso," were offering an afternoon of fun with a funky, international flair. From shopping to dining to taking in masterpieces from such famed artists as Picasso and Monet, this date is all about global awareness.
"El Greco to Picasso" (1625 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, ) Dubbed the most "important" exhibit to adorn the walls at the Phoenix Art Museum, "El Greco to Picasso" features works from 32 artists, including Monet, Renoir, Matisse and Picasso. Opening today, the exhibit which showcases masterpieces from the late 19 th and early 20 th centuries runs through May 4. Tickets for the exhibit are $16 for adults and $8 for children ages 6 to 17.
