| Gaffigan again: Comedian returns to Valley in September | ||||||||||||||||||||||

Gaffigan has been propelled through the comedy stratosphere in recent years due to his appearance on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" (where is provides the regular animated serial "Pale Force"), Comedy Central specials and frequently YouTube'd bits like his polemic against Hot Pockets. This is the first trip to the Valley for Gaffigan in more than two years; he performed at Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix in April 2006. Before that, he was a semi-regular at the Tempe Improv. Tickets are $42.75 and will go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, March 28 at livenation.com, the Dodge Theatre box office and all Ticketmaster outlets. The show is scheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13.
