CHINA FARM CHINESE BUFFET Address: 3135 S. 48th St., Tempe Major violations: 8 Inspector’s comments: Cooked noodles and black beans were not kept at proper temperature; food service workers were not preventing contamination of ready-to-eat food; back sink was filthy with dried food debris and grease; raw chicken and raw shrimp were stored over ready-to-eat vegetables in the cooler; both the back and front door to the kitchen area were filthy with dust, grease and food debris; can of bug killer was found in the back office area; makeshift utensil used for straining oil from food was held together with duct tape and wire; can opener and two vegetable peelers were filthy with dark grease and rotting food debris; two live roaches were found in establishment.
